Coaching is not a substitute for therapy, medical, or psychological treatment. If concerns arise outside the scope of our services, you will be referred to the appropriate professional.

We maintain confidentiality in accordance with privacy laws and AHPRA standards. However, we are mandatory reporters and will disclose relevant information if there is a risk to your safety or the safety of others.

7. Professional Scope and Duty of Care

Clarinda Leanne is a Registered Nurse with qualifications in Child and Family Health Nursing. All services provided are delivered within her scope of practice, in accordance with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) guidelines.

Any coaching, sleep support, or parenting education is provided for general informational purposes and does not replace assessment, diagnosis, or treatment by a medical or allied health professional.

Where concerns fall outside of scope (e.g., complex feeding issues, suspected medical conditions, developmental delays, mental health concerns), you will be advised to consult your GP, paediatrician, or relevant specialist.

8. Mandatory Reporting

In line with legal and professional obligations under AHPRA and state/territory legislation, Clarinda is a Mandatory Reporter. If, during our interactions, there is reasonable belief that a child is at risk of harm, or there are safety concerns for any family member, Clarinda is legally obligated to report this to the appropriate child protection or emergency service.
